The color experts at Pantone have announced Living Coral, or to be more specific Pantone 16-1546, as the color of 2019. It is a vibrant pink with gold undertones making it easy on the eyes and less cloying than fuchsia and less ubiquitous than millennial pink.
It is a chromatic representation of buoyancy and comfort and warmth. This makes it the perfect color motif for entertaining, as it exudes a welcoming — and just a bit of a playful — spirit.
